Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing VJET.

Delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

To be eligible for free shipping, your order total must be $100 CAD or more. For orders below $100 CAD, a shipping fee of $10 CAD will apply.

Processing Time: 24 Hours

Shipping Time: 3-8 business days

Order Cancellation: (1) Order cancellation is only available if we fail to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days. (2) You may also cancel your order if your item has not yet been shipped. (3) Once the item is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, they will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Tracking Packages: Upon shipment of your order, we will provide you with a tracking number. A shipment notification, including the tracking information, will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and dispatched from our facility.

How can I track my order? If you have registered an account on VJETpower.com, you can track your order and review shipping & handling information. If you haven't registered, you can still track your order here using your order number. For additional shipping information, please email support@vjetbike.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Please note: If your order includes separate accessories, these will be shipped independently.

Kindly take note of the following:

1. Shipping times may be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers may adjust their operations. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

2. It may take a few days post-shipment for the tracking number to become active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

3. All estimated/typical delivery times are based on historical data from past orders and are only for reference.

4. For any returns, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES, APO, or to AK, HI, PR.
